How to take complete Backup for a Data Modelling Project in Elements?

I have created a complete project to setup AWS IoTSitewise with the Assets and Models. For this I have used Template Library, Dataset Catalog, Asset Pipeines, Graphs and required Connectors. Now that I am completely ready with solution, I want to take a backup of it and move it to another organization of Element Unify and test it and also store the backup in GitHub for future reference.

    Hi there,

We can move templates from Template Library, datasets (Dataset Catalog), and Asset Pipeines to another pipeline, but Graphs and required Connectors need to be re-installed and they can't be cloned into another organization. Is there a particular reason on why you don't want to use the same organization to test your work? You can create more pipelines/datasets/Graphs/Connectors in the future, if needed. @husaind

    Hi Mostafa,

Currently we are not doing much development in elements, but our aim is to take complete backup of whatever work we have already done using some CLI commands or having some executable files, which we can run and create the setup once again , so that we don't miss out on any of our development work

HI @husaind , All your work is preserved in Unify and we can also access it from its backend, if for instance something is deleted by mistake. So don't worry about missing any of your development work. That said, we don't have a customer facing cloning tool at the moment (currently road-mapped), but when you have a project completed and you want to use it as a base for another project, we're happy to assist you and clone the project to another org with our internal tools. Please feel free to reach out to us when you're ready. Thanks
